		<description>maru, kung alam mo lang, high blood (hypertension) is one of the most dangerous/deadliest illness but one of the most easiest to treat. Diet ang one way &amp; next talaga exercise. tama ung advice na mag try ka ng relaxation exercises, one good example is try to rest on your bed walang music o any form of disturbances, then inclined mo ung head mo with pillow, almost in sitting position, then close eyes, then count from 100 down to 1, meaning declining, every count, deep breath ka. tapos kapag nasa 1 na try to imagine that from your fingers, toes and head, you feel very exhausted, stay in that sense tapos imagine mo you were in a very resting/quiet place, like in a beach or in a forest, feel all the things that surrounds you while in that place. use all senses , relieve yourself from stress while in that state. tapos after 20 mins or so sa ganun state. count now from 1 to 5, then open your eyes. do it every day, esp. in the morning or in the evening.
