Pillows with matching cushion covers made of vibrant textiles, shapes and sizes and designs create a cozy atmosphere in living spaces. I myself decorate my living room and my bedroom with lots of throw pillows. I love mixing match the bright colors and unique designs of the cushion covers. Pillows really transform the look of my furniture especially the wicker sofa set in my sala. The look of the room becomes trendy because of the pillows that add sophistication. For me, a house without decorative throw pillows in its home furnishing is dull and boring.

After 48 years, sa wakas namunga na rin ang tinanim kong punong mangga na nasa likod lang ng kwarto ko!

Ops, minus 40 years pala kasi humigit-kumulang 8 years din ang hinintay ko na magkabunga ang puno.

Napapagod na nga ako nun sa kawawalis ng mga tuyong dahon nya at ngawit na rin ako sa katitingala sa kanya . . . nagbabakasakaling may makitang bulaklak na. Pucha! Akala ko nga noon baog ang puno ko kasi naman ang tagal nagkabunga!

1. Malabo na yatang lumabas pa ang hinahanap na katotohanan ng mga taong-bayan tungkol sa ZTE-NBN scandal na yan dahil sa mga naging desisyon ng mga tuta ni GMA na nasa Supreme Court. Nung napanood ko ang balitang ‘to. . . parang gusto ko tadyakan na lang ang TV namin.

2. Hindi ako makagawa ng polvoron ko. Last year lang, mga nasa P26 per kilo ang arina. Ngayon nasa P43.50 na ang kilo. At hindi rin naman ako makapag increase ng selling price ko dahil inaalala ko na baka wala ng may bumili ng produkto ko sa mahal ng presyo. Olats talaga! Nagngi-ngitnit pati gilagid ko sa walang humpay na pagtataas ng mga bilihin. Parang gusto ko na lang mamasukan na GRO, may tatanggap pa kaya sa akin? Bwahaha!

I can’t help but grin when I read from a magazine about the statement of one seventeen year old gay that whenever he wanted to stop the homophobic from attacking him, he would simply disarm them through his clothes. He would wear short shorts, even fishnet stockings and parade on his Gay Pride T Shirt with a statement that says,’ I’m gay and you can’t do anything about it,’ And whenever he is in that kind of clothing nobody would confront him. However, whenever he dresses in “normal”, there are about 50 times a day that people would call him a “fag”.

Never ko talaga ikakahiya na mababaw lang ang kaligayahan ko. Kasi naman may mga kilala akong gumagastos pa talaga ng pera para lang matawa , maaliw o maging masaya.

Kaya naiisip ko na kaya mabili ang mga joke books, patok ang mga stand up comedy bars, at dinudumog ang mga palabas na comedy films sa mga sinehan kahit saksakan ng baduy ay dahil gusto talaga matawa ng mga tao.

Buti na lang ako eh madali akong ma-amuse sa mga simpleng bagay lang. Madali lang patawanin. Babaw nga eh. Ewan ko ba, andun tuloy na parang nagiging ugali ko na matagal sumeryoso at mas madali kong nalalagyan agad ng kalokohan ang mga bagay-bagay.
