Lung cancer ranks as the most dominant form of cancer among men. It kills eight thousand Filipinos alone and the numbers are increasing every year. Most of these deaths are senseless. Symptoms of lung cancer include an irritating or painful cough that does not go away, coughing up blood and frequent chest pains. Lung cancer is treacherous. A chest x-ray will not warn you early enough.
A deputy executive director of the Philippine Cancer Society explains that, “The thing about lung cancer is that by the time symptoms appear, the disease is already in the advanced stage. Very little can be done. In the early stages, you do not see any signs at all”.
Staying away from cigarettes, helps prevent many diseases, not just lung cancer.

err..kung lumayo ako sa yosi…wala ding mangyayari, meron ding namamatay na second hand smoker noh?
at mas malala kung kakain ako ng chocolate (mas nakakamatay ang chocolate kasi ang yosi, baga lang ang tinitira…eh ang chocolates? hmmm?)
