Whether you are jogging, running, walking, working out at the gym, or just standing on your feet all day, a good running shoe is the best investment you can make to prevent injury and help make your feet feel better.

There are many choices when shopping for a running shoe. When buying, choose running shoes that are well-cushioned, great at shock absorption, comfortable and are lightweight. 

Also, it is advisable that you buy your next pair of shoes before your old pair wears out because exercising in worn-out shoes may cause injuries. Better plan ahead, start shopping early or buy two pairs at a time, so that you always have a spare.
