The leather strap on your watch, the flour that makes your bread, the cotton that is inside your pillow, the pork and vegetables that you eat for lunch, the currency that you use when you buy things are – commodities. The commodities that we usually see and use in our life are traded every day and when people invest their money in a form, which involves speculating on the price of a commodity going up, or down in the future, that is futures trading. Usually the investors in futures trading make profit by buying a certain commodity at a low price and sell it a higher price.
