Have a plan to keep the weight off.

No one wants to be a killjoy at a Christmas party or a family get-together. However, when it comes to dealing with the temptations of the season’s high-calorie food preparation, it is just hard to say no. And this the time where you can easily gain weight from seven to ten pounds.  Actually, you just need to have a plan, an EAT-RIGHT strategy and of course do not forget to take your usual diet supplement.

    Yep, you are right, celebration occasions are the periods which we will become fat a lot. But if we are in diet should have control in yourself and should follow the diet.

    Argie, palagay ko eh ganun nga ang tawag dun…”tabain”. Kumbaga, may mga tao na malalaki talaga ang buto kaya malaki din katawan nila kahit di naman sila malakas kumain. Sa genes din ata yan eh. :D
