As a woman in twenty-first century, I can say that my life is blessed because I enjoy freedom that women in other countries only dream about. However, even though my freedom now is guaranteed, unfortunately my safety as a woman is not. These days, it is a fact that crime rate of sexual assault and violence to women is getting high.
Alarming? Well, it does not have to as long as you learn the basic principles of self-defense or perhaps it is better to avail some licensed self defense products that one can bring for self-protection.
