Pag Lumawlaw Na

Pangalawang araw ko na ‘tong nakiki-WIFI sa mga coffee shop dito sa bansa (probinsya) namin kasi brownout na naman sa bahay.

Adik na kung adik pero hindi pwedeng hindi ako mag-online dahil kelangan ko i-monitor ‘tong pinakamamahal kong blog ko kung naka-UP sya dahil pag down ang blog ko…siguradong magpapaliwanag na naman ako sa presinto este sa mga sponsors ko.

At naiirita pa naman ako pag nagrereklamo sa barangay ang mga sponsors ko kasi kelangan ko ang makipag-balitaktakan o sumagot sa kanila in english. Lol! Eh nag iipon pa naman ako ng english ko kasi malay mo baka sa mga darating na araw ay makapag biyahe ako sa mga spokening-dollar countries. Kelangan marami akong baon.

Appetite Suppressant

Obesity is a serious problem around the world that is why we really should start minding what we eat. Even though I am on diet nowadays, I never let myself go hungry. I still eat regular three meals and maybe two snacks a day. Of course, I see to it that I do not go overboard with my meals. I admit that there are times that I still crave for junk foods and here is one of the appetite suppressants that I do: I immediately brush my teeth not only every after meals because whenever my mouth feels clean, it stops my cravings.

To Overcome Shyness

In PTA meetings in school or in public assemblies, I make sure or constantly strive to sit in the front row.

While most people choose to sit at the back row maybe because they are afraid of being noticed, well, not me! It is not my intention to catch attention or to show that I am proud or a person full of self-confidence. In fact, the reason why I prefer to sit in the front row is because I want to get over my irrational public speaking fear and my shyness.

Yes, I do believe that by preferring to always sit in the front row, will somehow help me build more self-confidence and overcome my shyness.
