Obesity is a serious problem around the world that is why we really should start minding what we eat. Even though I am on diet nowadays, I never let myself go hungry. I still eat regular three meals and maybe two snacks a day. Of course, I see to it that I do not go overboard with my meals. I admit that there are times that I still crave for junk foods and here is one of the appetite suppressants that I do: I immediately brush my teeth not only every after meals because whenever my mouth feels clean, it stops my cravings.
