Braised Chicken with Ginger and Sesame Oil

Our Sunday lunch.

Braised Chicken

Ideal recipe ‘to para sa mga nag-uumpisang matuto magluto o sa mga gustong magdiva-divahan sa kusina.

  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 300 grams ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 kilo chicken, cut into 20 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons chicken powder (or 1 chicken broth cube)
  • salt to taste
  1. Heat up the sesame oil in a wok and saute the ginger.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and dark soy sauce.
  3. Dissolve the chicken powder or broth cube in water. Pour into pan and cook chicken on low heat for 15 to 0 minutes or until done. Season with salt to taste.

    Mamaru, anong page or title yung post mo about sa handa sa birthday ni Kevin (ewan ko kung bday ba talaga yun, yung 1500 yata budget mu)? Di ko kasi makita, I would like to copy the recipe sana. andami na kasing posts. hirap hanapin. huhuhuh.. pasensya sa abala..

    Pagbigyan mu naman ang tagasugid mong tagabasa, as in everyday… hehe sipsip ba naman

    Sus, ano ka ba…ok lang yun. Anytime at kahit ano pa yan basta may maitulong.

    Tama ka dun, 1500 lang talaga ang budget ko noon kaso ewan ko lang ngayon kung mapagkakasya mo pa ang 1500 petot ha? Kasi asukal pa lang ngayon eh ginto na ang presyo.
