Less Salt Intake

It is one of my New Year’s resolution: to have lesser intake of salt. Seriously, eating food with too much salt can cause trouble in our body. I don’t want the day to come where my heart has to pump harder, which in turn will increase my blood pressure just because of my carelessness of my food intake. I know having too much salt can give excess water weight in our body system, which is not good. So, I’m decided. Going on natural diuretics and supplementing my diet with certain food like melons, cucumbers, oats, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, etc., I know I can maintain pulling off water weight in my body.
