Buko Tart

Ang resulta ng mga naani kong buko mula sa lupain kobreakfast

Haayseto talaga yung mga moment na wini-wish ko na sana meron akong medyo haytek na kamera para naman hindi bomalabs ang macro shots ng mga baby ko.

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Butter margarine
  • 10 Tbsp Cold water
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar


Mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut-in shortening until mealy. Add cold water gradually. Form into one large ball. Roll thin about 1/8 inch thick. Cut with knife and fit to well-greased tart shells.


  • 3 cups Shredded Buko
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence


Cook with continuous stirring until mixture thickens and become transparent. Remove from fire and add the thickener. Fill in shells and bake at 375F until golden brown.

  1. Nice one! Wala ka talagang ka hilig-hilig mag bake ano? Pa’no pa kaya kung mahilig ka. Mabukas ka na ng restaurant. Specialty yung mga recipe mo dito. “Maru’s – a place for bloggers by a blogger”. I trademark mo dali!

    • @Dennis, acheche! Wag na uy, baka yumaman ako. Ayoko yumaman at baka hindi ko na kayo pansinin at kilalanin. Eh kasi nasa alta-sosyedad na ako nyan di ba? Haha!
      How i wish you can taste my buko tart. Yaan mo next time pag marami ako magawa I’ll send you some. Depende siempre kung maraming aanihin sa lupain ko.
