Howel, pa-barbekyo-barbekyo lang naman kami ng Pork Ribs. Hehe! Ang angas!

O ha! Busy pa ako nyan kaninang maghapon ha? Eto ang sinasabi kong ginhawa pag may slow cooker. Salpak lang lulutuin at ang mga panimpla sa slow cooker, i-ON, at pwedeng IWANAN na!

Pagbalik mo pagkatapos ng mga ilang oras…dyaraaaaaan! May ulam na! Kainan na! At mainit-init pa! 😀

SLOW COOKED BARBECUE RIBS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 1/2  cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2  tablespoons molasses
  • 1/2  tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2  tablespoon dark-brown sugar
  • 1  teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4  teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • 1 kilo pork ribs

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, molasses, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, mustard and hot sauce.

2. Place pork ribs in the slow cooker, insert and pour sauce over top. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until very tender.
