Slow Cooked BBQ Pork Ribs

Slow Cooked BBQ Pork Ribs-005

Im learning and spokening French today! 😛 (Tenkyu bespren Google) Hehe!

Ang Paborito Kong Pork and Beans.

porkbeans

Save the best for last bagah. 😀

homemade pork and beans

Kahapon, por da pers taym, nagluto ako ng Homemade Pork and Beans!

Di ba sabi nga nilaTIME is GOLD? Charot!

Walang kanin kanin at tina-tinapay.

DSC06919_2

More bones more happiness para kay Sang.

Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork

Aktwali, never pa nya talaga nagagamit ang cooker nya, as in brand new pa itey.

Napaka-convenient kasi gamitin, time and energy saver  pa. As in!

1. TILAPIA CURRY WITH STRING BEANS

tilapia curry with string beans

  • 1/2 kilo Tilapia, sliced
  • 1 small bundle string beans, cut into 2 length
  • 1/2 head garlic chopped
  • 1 thumb size ginger, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small size onion, chopped
  • 1 pieces red/green chili pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp. curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • cooking oil

In a pan using half quantity of garlic, ginger and onion saut the fish for about 1 to 2 minutes, remove from pan keep aside. Using the same pan add more oil and stir cook the remaining ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in half quantity of the coconut milk, fish sauce and curry powder bring to a boil and simmer. Add in the remaining coconut milk, string beans and chili pepper. Add in the fish, season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. PORK GINATAAN

Ano ini? Ginataan tapos orangey ang kulay? Hehe!

pork ginataan

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil then saute 3 cloves crushed garlic and 1 chopped onion. Add 1/2 kilo diced pork. Cook until browned. Add 1/4 cup bagoong alamang gisado . Pour 1 cup coconut cream. Simmer until pork is tender. Add 1/2 cup sliced siling pansigang. Cook until the sauce has thickened. Adjust seasoning, if needed.

3. HONEY ROLLS

honey rolls

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup barely warm water
  • 1/4 cup honey + 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

In a large mixing bowl, sprinkle the yeast over the warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.

Add the honey, salt and egg. Stir until blended. Add 3 cups of flour and mix until the dough comes together. It will be sticky! On a lightly floured surface knead the dough until soft and elastic (about 8 minutes), adding more flour to keep the dough from sticking if necessary. Do not add too much flour! The dough will become more workable the longer you knead. Or, if you have a standing mixer, knead the dough with the dough attachment for 5-7 minutes, or until elastic.

Transfer the kneaded dough to a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and a clean kitchen towel. Let the dough rise in a warm area until it doubles in size, about 2 hours.

Punch dough down, divide into 12 equal portions, and shape each portion into a round ball. Place in a pan (or on baking sheets) coated lightly with cooking spray. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for another 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and 1 tablespoon honey. Brush over the rolls. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Preparasyon
