Yesterday, I received a digital postcard and an email from a person least I expect. Yeah, the email came from a former officemate back in Dubai, U.A.E. Marian, a woman from Lebanon used to be our company’s top saleswoman is now in United Kingdom with her husband and two kids for a week holiday. They don’t have relatives in UK so they have been staying in hotels in London, hotels in Manchester and hotels in Birmingham. Suddenly I feel missing her while reading the email on how they tour the places likes British Museums and Buckingham Palace in London, the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Glasshouses, and the Old Trafford in Manchester. Marian is one of the cool-headed colleagues I had when I was working overseas.
