Summer is almost here. It’s barbecue time!
Here’s a dish that guarantees no leftovers. Barbecued Baby Back Ribs! It is best eaten with the fingers and this recipe is so finger-licking good, you will literally eat it to the bone. The secret is the homemade barbecue sauce and simmering the sauce until tender. Grilling over Weber grill finishes the dish and seals in the traditional smoky barbecue flavor.
1 kilo baby back ribs
Marinade:
¼ cup margarine
½ cup chopped onions
1 cup tomato sauce
I cup water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons calamansi juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Basting Sauce:
¼ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup oil
