I Can Diet

diet I think I’m gaining weight. Though I’m getting conscious of my body lately, I’m not yet there to the extent that I have to seek the immediate help of the manufacturers of slimming pills. Not yet. I know I can still diet – easily.

Speaking of slimming pills, in today’s world where there are many people looking for a quick and easy way to shed some pounds off their waistline, as interest in losing weight increases, so do the number of slimming scams. People, please be aware of the broad range of fraud nowadays. Be informed and not ignorant. Know what is real vs. fake.

Well, these are just my thoughts of concern.

Just A Little Reminder

I love summer. However, this is also the season where it tends to bring out the insecure in us, especially women. Women cannot help to start feeling anxious especially when we start seeing swimsuits in shopping display windows. Sometimes, the next best thing that we do is: we crash diet or swallow the best diet pills available.

Here is one little reminder to all dieters, losing weight should not mean losing our judgment on what is right and what is not.

Temptation

When 2009 started, I vowed to start watching my food intake for I do not want to be sickly, as I grow older. It worries me to see that as I add years to my age, unwanted pounds begin to accumulate too.

Of course, we all wanted to have a healthier body. However, I said to myself that if ever I want a slimmer and more flexible bod, I prefer to achieve it more in natural ways by eating healthy food and regular exercise. Good that money does not come easy to a single-mom like me thus it gives me reason not to include in my budget list the best weight loss pills as my weight reduction solution. No. I don’t want the pills. Not yet. Not now. Hehehe!

Anyway, dieters like me, food temptations are just hard to resist for it lurk everywhere. Just this afternoon, I saw spinach fettuccine noodles, creamy carbonara sauce and a pitcher of mango smoothie at the dining table.
