2. Running and jogging – An easy pace of running and jogging is fun, free and a quick way of getting fit. It is good for building up energy and endurance.

3. Swimming – Excellent for strength, stamina and agility especially if you use various stroke. Swimming is good if you are overweight or have any backache or stiffness, because the water supports your body.

4. Golf - A round of golf is a walk of four or five miles in the open air, often up and down hills and carrying your clubs or pulling your trolley can be good for leg strength and stamina.

A Toast Of Bread

People tend to skip breakfast for one, two, or three reasons. Usually they will say that:

1. They say do not have enough time. - There is hundreds of breakfast that takes only less than 5 minutes to prepare. For example, a bread toast is a warm breakfast to make in less than 2 minutes. The variations are endless. Toast with jam. Toast with butter and honey. Of course, you need a very good quality toaster to make a perfect toast. I bet everybody knows what a toaster is. It is a small appliance made of that purpose – to toast. I keep two units of bread toaster in my home.

Pansamantalang nahinto ang araw araw na pag inom ko ng kape sa umaga mula noong pinabaunan ako ng sandamakmak na mga teabags ng brader kong si Evan.

Nawala sa grocery list ko ang pagbili ng coffee kaya happy ang lola kasi nakatipid. :D At ang maganda neto, parang naaadik na rin ako sa tea ngayon na mas maganda sa katawan kumpara sa kape. Siempre hindi na sekreto sa atin na madaming health benefits ang makukuha sa pag inom ng tsaa. Gumanda nga takbo ng metabolism ko eh….at gumanda akong tumatakbo papuntang cr. hehe!

morning exercise

i feel i’m gaining weight and i’m determined (kuno) to shed some pounds. i woke up so early around 5:15 am. for the first time, i did a total of 32 minutes (yeah i had it timed) brisk walking from my house and suppose to be public market ang destination ko. di ko nga lang alam kung ilang kilometro ang binaybay ko. mahina ako sa math eh. lol. basta malayo talaga narating ko. wala akong plano na sumakay ng jeepney kaso umangal na mga munting paa ko bago ko narating ang palengke. hindi kasi tama ang suot kong sapatos… hindi sport shoes. no choice ako pero imbes na sumakay ng dyip….hehehe eto ang nakita ko - calesa!
whoa! the last time i rode a calesa siguro mga high school pa ako nun. na-excite ako bigla at sabay pinara ko si mamang kutsero. hehehe! sa five pesos fare eh narating ko po ang palengke namin. enjoy ang trip ko! sarap!

“1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10..11..12..13..14..15…whew!” “blag!”

bambi: “are u ok?”

me: “huh?”

waaaaaaaaaaah! Nag kolaps pala ako! Hahaha! Kaya pala laking-taka ko when I opened my eyes eh si Bambi (gym-owner and gym buddy ko) ang nasa harap ko. inalalayan ako ni Bambi umupo, inabutan ng tubig tsaka ko rin naramdaman yung kirot sa ulo ko at tumitindi ang sakit. Waaaaaaaah! May bukol ako. Nagpakuha agad si bambi ng ice cubes sa trainer ko kasi ang laki ng bukol sa right side ng ulo ko. At ang sakitttttt! Ganun pala ang mag pass-out. First time nangyari sa akin to. Huling exercise ko na sana yung knee raise ng program ko for today. I’m suppose to perform 3 sets of 15 repetition. Unang set pa lang natatapos ko then pagbaba ko ng paa ko eh nakaramdam ako na medyo nahilo ako then I went pfffft!

Nasa isang sulok ng gym yung knee raise abdominal equipment at medyo tago. Only 4 of us there sa gym kanina including the trainer at kaya pala napansin nila na nagkolaps ako kasi nasipa ko at natumba yung nakaparadang mountain bike ng trainer namin. At yun ang nakatawag ng pansin ng pagbagsak ko. Hindi ko na yun namalayan at di ko na rin alam na tumama pala ulo ko dun leg ng equipment. For one month and 2 weeks now lagi akong malakas at ganado sa gym workout ko. Bambi noticed that I’m really strong. Halos one minute or less lang ang pahinga ko in between each set of exercises. Palagay ko naging mahina resistensya ko kanina dahil dun sa kapapanood ko ng x-rated movies nung weekend. Joke!!!!!!! Hahaha!

Hindi uy, napuyat lang talaga ako nung Sunday nite. 3 am na ako nakatulog dahil sa black coffee na ininom ko. kaya nga rin nag absent na ako kahapon sa workout ko kasi alam ko na mahina ako at di kakayanin ng katawan ko. Ang akala ko naman eh ok na ako kanina at nakabawi na ng lakas dahil sa puyat. mali ako….at eto ang napala ko… B-U-K-O-L!
