Planning your child’s birthday party does not have to be stressful to be enjoyable. See, it is just a matter of right planning plus creativity. For a party that your child will always remember, make a theme party out of your child’s favorite cartoon or movie characters.
As a stay-at-home mom, I am very hands-on for Kevin and Keziah’s birthdays especially when they were toddlers. During their birthdays, I personally pay attention to every little detail from the design of invitation cards, setting up our home, decorating our backyard down to buying of party favors or the goody bags for giveaways.
For the food, instead of ordering from others, I usually plan, prepare and cook it myself. I bake the birthday cake too. In that ways I make not only my child’s birthday a special bash without spending too much money but it enhances also my creativity at same time. Hosting children birthday party to my Kevin and Keziah will always be an enjoyable experience to me as a parent.
