Wow! The start of BER months is just a week away and before we know it, its Christmas time again. Once again, I guess I have to start saving money for the exchange gift we usually do among family and relatives during Christmas.

To bring along some music while working out is one hint on how to enjoy yourself at the gym. In your mp3, make a playlist of your favorite songs that really want to make you dance and move around.
Do not put slow music that puts you to sleep on it. So many cool mp3 players are now available in the market. One is an iPod shuffle 2nd generation that works simply great! It has no screen but who cares? It has a clip, it is light and you can put 80 songs on it that can pump you up when working out!
