Free condoms with Valentine’s flowers in RP

MANILA, Philippines – Men buying flowers on Saturday for Valentine’s Day were given something else for the weekend in the Philippines, Asia’s staunchly Roman Catholic outpost – free condoms.

The health department set up two tents and booths carrying the slogan “Are You Sexually Active?” at Manila’s Dangwa wholesale flower market on the day before St Valentine’s.

They also handed out leaflets promoting them as safeguards against sexually transmitted diseases with the “Be Safe Always, Valentine” packs of condoms.

Ayos yan! Pabor ako dyan sa gimik ng DOH. Eh kasi naman kung napansin nyo netong mga nakaraang weeks, laman lagi sa TV/Radio news yung tumataas na (naman) bilang ng mga may HIV/AIDS dito sa Pilipinas.

So, nagpadala ako ng SMS sa kanya at siempre sweet-sweetan ang Mamaru sa text nya sa boyplen.

Sabi ko nga dun sa text ko “hamisyu” and I am wondering kung ano ang kulay ng suot nyang brip sa araw na yun.

Siempre natawa si Kups nung nabasa ang kalandian ko and later on he told me that…puti nga daw ang color ng suot nyang brip/boxer……na may design na Hello Kitty!

Pucha! Natawa ako dun ha! Kasi alam nyo ba kung ano agad ang na-imagine ko dun sa sinabi nya? ETO!

Tamang-tama…malapit na ang balentayms. Ano kaya kung ganitong brip ang ibigay ko kay Kups sa araw ng mga pussy puso? Baka kasi marami na syang collections ng Hello Kitty brips. Ganito naman, para maiba naman.
