Sigurado Mas Mabango Ako Bukas

Bukas, may isang dahilan na naman ako para magbabad sa batya o mag-swimming sa tatlong balde ng tubig sa loob ng banyo namin.

Bangooooooo! Suhang-suha ang amoy na manamis-namis! Lech, naglaway ako! Parang gusto ko tuloy kumuha ng isang platitong asin sa kusina at isawsaw  dun yung bar ng sabon kanina. Parang ang sarap ngatain dahil sa fruity na amoy! Hays, buti na lang at nakapag hunos-dili ako.

May duda akong magigising na naman ang nagtutulog-tulugan kong katawang-lupa pagkaligo ko bukas. Parang nakakabuhay kasi ng senses yung grapefruit scent. Kaka-eksayt!

Pero mas ayos sana kung pagkatapos ko maligo bukas ay may jowa akong aamoy-amuyin ako pagkalabas ko ng banyo . . .tapos . . .tapos . . .tapos . . .siempre . . . hindi sya makakapagpigil na (insert here kung ano man naiisip nyo) dahil sa bagong ligo ako. . . tapos…ambango-bango ko pa. . . tapos. . . tapos. . .  tapos. . .eh, hmnnn. . . ah basta, alam nyo na yun!  *wink* :)

Being Fit Will Benefit Me

I am hitting the gym almost daily for 3 weeks now. Just like everyone else, a healthy body is something I really want. Fitness and exercise are routines that I want to be part of my daily living which I am determined to get going.

Of course, with my aim to stay fit, it follows that I have to change my diet too, without having to suppress appetite. I want to take care of me and live longer that is why I really motivate myself to take time even at least an hour to work out. I know, soon I will see how the benefits of being fit will work to my advantage.

Eat Right And Exercise

I have the same opinion that you don’t actually need to have extraordinary self-discipline, too much self-control and determination just to create a gorgeous body. I believe that all you need is to do the simple math of calories-in versus calories-out of the food that you eat. Of course, make sure also that you do some regular exercise along with diets that work or have a normal balanced diet of your favorite foods. Refrain in making your stomach a waist basket.

Just Be Well

After weeks of joining the Bikram yoga in Manila, this time I am planning to enroll myself in gym exercises here in my province.

I know I am not too fat or too slim woman, and if ever I am that fat and  need  to loss weight, definitely taking diet pill will be my last option. I heard enough horror stories on the side effects of diet pills that is why I rather exercise than swallow a pill.

Anyway, my main objective why I want to engage myself in gym workout is not to shed pounds, but just to maintain my overall body wellness. I really do not want to be sickly as I age, so help me God.

Hot Yoga

While in vacation here in Cainta with my daughter Keziah, I asked Kups if I can fulfill my long time wish – to learn yoga. When he gave me the green light, I promptly enrolled myself for one-month class of Bikram Yoga at Eastwood City. Performing the 26 poses of the so-called fire yoga  for 90 minutes is not as easy as eating peanuts. However, the payback or the calories you will burn in doing the hot yoga postures is way beyond compare. Actually, it is more beneficial than taking the top rated diet pill in the market today.

Infreshness

Woke up today, feeling yummy and refreshed. :D Enjoyed four hours self-pampering yesterday courtesy of Kups.

Self-pampering is not about being selfish. It's about taking proper care of yourself and treating yourself as KINDLY as you treat others.

Gaining

I am gaining pounds. Opps! I am not referring to United Kingdom’s unit of currency. Lol! What I mean is that I am getting heavy and I swear this bothers me a lot. Well, of course I cannot take this accumulation of weight by just sitting down (literally) because I do not want to be unhealthy. Aside from seeking help from websites like www.bestdietsupplements.org, I am currently reading some health books concerning on body health, fitness and wellness. To loss weight, it is going to be tough task, but I know I can do it.

If Only

If only money is not an issue for single mom like me, I would like to provide my children and myself a medical plan with comprehensive dental plan in particular.

I have previously mentioned it once somewhere here in my blog post that my genes are not so blessed with good visions and occasionally my family has dental problems too. Thus, I am really hoping that someday I can provide each one of us the medical insurance that we need.

Face it. Health plan is a need for so many people. Since we still do not have any medical insurance yet, one of the best ways that I do now is to keep my family as healthy as I possibly can.

Kelangan Ko Umiyak

Noong mga panahon na hindi pa nagkaka-syota si Moo aka Defpotec, halos araw-araw ay magkausap kami sa YM o di kaya sa text.

Dahil sa closeness namin noon madalas umabot kami sa sitwasyon na ako lagi ang napagdidiskitahan na asarin at i-gudtaym ng chekwa na yun.
